Golden Square Caravan and Camping Park is set in a superb location in the south-east corner of the North York Moors National Park. From the warm and sheltered site, there are panoramic views across farm, forest and moorlands towards the heart of the Moors.
The site is interestingly laid out across three different levels, meaning even at peak times, there is still a spacious feel. Trees, hedges and bushes have been carefully planted around the site to offer screening for the pitches.
Golden Square is ideal for families due to the amount of activities for children on and off the site. With 2 outdoor play areas, 1 indoor play area, crazy golf and a football field, there is plenty to keep them entertained.

WETHERCOTE FARM CAMPSITE
Stay in our beautiful clear roof Bell Tent. The 5m tent sleeps up to 4 people and is perfect for those who want a peaceful stay in the wilderness of the North Yorkshire Moors without the hassle of setting up your own tent.
The campsite is around an acre of long established grassland with open views around the Hambleton Hills and the north Yorkshire Moors. There are 6 grass pitches with electric hook up points and 10 further basic grass pitches. We have a shower and toilet unit with hot water included, a washing up shed also with included hot water.

Launched in May 2023, Thirsk Hall Glamping Site opened the gates to the newly established site, comprised of five luxury bell tents within the historic walled garden of Thirsk Hall. The glamping site is a quiet site – it’s ideal for friends and family, and we are located walking distance to the hustle and bustle of the town centre, yet far enough away for a peaceful retreat!
