Please make sure you bring along some Photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) as security and a utlility bill (digital copy on phone is fine).

Card payments only.

Helmet, inner tube, levers & pump are loaned as part of the hire charge.

If inner tubes are used they will be charged.

Over 18s must sign for and supervise under 16 year olds.

16 and 17 year olds can ride unsupervised but will not be permitted to supervise under 16s

All bikes are to be returned by 4:00pm each day.

To avoid disappointment we would always advise calling to reserve your bikes before the day.

For cancellations advised more than 48 hours prior to the hire reservation date: we can either move your booking to an alternative date or provide a refund less 5% card transaction fees and administrative costs.  For cancellations advised less than 48 hours prior to the hire reservation date: we can move your booking to an alternative date but refunds are not available.
